At Noor ul Ain Jewels by NRJ Store, we aim to deliver your jewellery safely and conveniently. Please read the following Shipping Policy before placing an order.

1. Delivery Locations

We currently offer delivery within Pakistan through our designated courier and delivery partners.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the location and courier service coverage.

2. Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.

Custom or personalized jewellery may require additional processing time. The estimated processing time for such orders will be communicated to the customer.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may take longer due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, security situations, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

From time to time, Noor ul Ain Jewels by NRJ Store may offer free delivery promotions or discounted shipping charges.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible locations and orders.

Customers must provide a valid phone number and complete delivery address.

We reserve the right to contact the customer for order verification before dispatch.

Repeated refusal or failure to receive COD orders may result in COD restrictions on future orders.

6. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers may receive a tracking number or tracking information through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or another communication method.

Customers can use the provided tracking information to monitor their shipment.

7. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including:

  • Full name;

  • Complete address;

  • City;

  • Area/locality;

  • Phone number; and

  • Any necessary delivery instructions.

Noor ul Ain Jewels by NRJ Store will not be responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Failed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver an order because the customer is unavailable, the phone number is unreachable, the address is incorrect, or the customer refuses to accept the parcel, the courier may attempt re-delivery according to its procedures.

Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts where applicable.

9. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

Customers should inspect the parcel at the time of delivery.

If the parcel appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, the customer should:

  1. Inform the courier immediately;

  2. Take photographs or video of the parcel;

  3. Contact Noor ul Ain Jewels by NRJ Store as soon as possible; and

  4. Provide the required evidence for investigation.

We will review the matter and take appropriate action according to our policies.

10. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier, Noor ul Ain Jewels by NRJ Store will coordinate with the courier to investigate the matter.

Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our applicable policies.

11. Delays

Noor ul Ain Jewels by NRJ Store is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Extreme weather;

  • Natural disasters;

  • Public holidays;

  • Road closures;

  • Security situations;

  • Courier operational issues;

  • Incorrect customer information; or

  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking delayed shipments.

12. Change of Delivery Address

Customers should contact Noor ul Ain Jewels by NRJ Store as soon as possible if they need to change their delivery address.

Address changes may not be possible after an order has been dispatched.

Additional charges may apply where the courier has already processed or dispatched the shipment.

13. Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized jewellery may require additional processing time.

The estimated delivery date for such orders will depend on the customization requirements and will be communicated to the customer.

14. International Shipping

At present, Noor ul Ain Jewels by NRJ Store provides shipping primarily within Pakistan.

International shipping, if introduced in the future, will be subject to separate shipping charges, customs requirements, duties, taxes, and applicable laws.
